Contact forms
If you fill in contact forms on the site we do not share the data, it is stored and used solely for the purpose of correspondence between the user and TheLoftsBand.com in the normal course of business and to receive marketing communications relating to the Lofts Band activities, products and services.
Following filling out our ‘Guest List’ Email Newsletter Subsribe Form and the user selecting to submit the form, the following information is captured: Email address (compulsory – information as entered by the user), First Name (compulsory – information as entered by the user), Last Name (optional – information as entered by the user), Address (optional – information as entered by the user), Preferred Format (for receiving emails from us – information as selected by the user) and the users Marketing Permissions (methods you do want to be communicated via – information as selected by the user).
Contact Form information is kept indefinitely or until such time as deemed no longer relevant to either party – subscribers can choose to unsubscribe any time using the link provided at the bottom of every email we send out, and your subscription will be instantly ended and your personal information stored in an archive only in order to record your unsubscription.

What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example — Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal, and in order to fulfil production and delivery as applicable.
Payments are accepted through the payment gateways / checkouts provided by our partners who deliver the physical goods on behalf of The Lofts Band. How long we retain your data
